VIBRATION GRINDING/ANGEL HAIR
Grinding is a clamp stripping manufacturing process via which various grinding patterns can be achieved using different grinding agents, machines, and machine parameters.
Vibration grinding is generally known under several names, such as rotational grinding, angel hair, tangle sanding (Wirrwarr-Schliff), eccentric grinding, or directionless sanding. The aim of vibration grinding is to obtain a directionless, homogeneous and matt surface.
The method used at mirrorINOX is one of the most modern and efficient methods in the world. It offers considerable flexibility for the design and depth of the grinding pattern, and enough capacity for even the largest of facade projects.
The roughness, the degree of gloss, and the visual impression provide a basis for inspection checks.

Effects / surface finishing
Various effects can be obtained using different grinding agents, such as gloss, depth effect, and roughness. Various machine parameters also provide different effects, such as the grinding line length or tightness of the grinding pattern. The roughness, the degree of gloss, and the visual impression provide a basis for inspection checks.
Option of design for one or both sides. Sufficient production capacity guarantees the fastest possible delivery service.
